Mac Donald I take great pleasure in welcoming you to my ancestral home in Troy, Cape Breton Island. My family has lived on this beautiful 100-acre oceanfront property for almost two hundred years. Returning to Cape Breton in 1998 after working several years in Western Canada and the Middle East, I completed phase I of this project - the construction of six four star rated cottages. Entering phase II, we are preparing to construct five one - bedroom cottages to compliment the six existing two bedroom cottages. The final phase will be the restoration of the house and barn built by my great-great grandparents Malcolm and Mary Chisholm in the mid 1800's.
